Soho by Halla patterns

Today I sewed the Soho!

This is a lovely pattern by Halla, probably my favorite pattern company!
I sewed the most basic option as this was a for tester but I love it so much I thought I'd share some photos!
I was tossing up for a long time between the Soho and Mirra raglan.
in the end the multiple unique neckline options on the Soho sold me.
Once I printed the pattern I compared the flat pattern pieces to the hey babie (as that is probably my favorite t-shirt fit). Based on this I sized down the bust/arms and graded out the hips. I actually graded the hips up a size which I probably didn't need to do. One thing I (and many people) love about Halla is the size ruler printed directly into the pattern which helps with making sizing adjustments.

As usual for Halla patterns the instructions were easy to follow (bearing in mind I sewed the basic option) and a super quick easy sew!

Initially I was really unsure about using this pattern for a t-shirt. Admittedly when I first put it on I want today sure, but seeing these photos has me convinced, I do love this pattern!!
Something about the neckline is really beautiful. I feel like this will look perfect for me as a jumper and I can't wait to sew myself a long sleeve top in a thicker fabric!

Now for some close ups.
I can't wait to sew up and show you more!
